All items are dispatched using Australia Post by either Parcel Post or Express Post.

Refunds / Returns Policy

Please contact Bar Botanik within 7 days of receiving your delivery if any of the following apply:

  • Items received were damaged
  • Items were missing from your order
  • You wish to return an item

Please contact us via email. Please include photos if items have been damaged.

Missing items will be shipped within 3 business days or a full refund for omitted items if items are no longer available.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced and shipped within 3 business days. If items are no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
